Pinterest links creator Amazon storefronts to its app so users can shop product pins ahead of Prime Day

by | Jun 10, 2026 | Latest E-commerce News & Updates

Pinterest is partnering with Amazon to let creators link their Amazon storefronts to their Pinterest accounts, so their affiliate links apply automatically when they pin eligible Amazon products and their storefront handle shows up on their profile. The move shortens the path from discovery to purchase on a platform that leans heavily into shopping, where Pinterest says more than half of users come specifically to shop, and it arrives just before Amazon Prime Day on June 23-26. It builds on a partnership dating to 2023, when Pinterest made Amazon its first third-party ad partner, and gives creators a cleaner way to earn from the recommendations users already browse Pinterest to find.
