Odeko acquires Boston distributor Shirazi Distributing and launches in Nashville to expand its coffee shop supply network

Odeko, an operations and technology platform serving more than 25,000 independent coffee shops and food and beverage businesses nationwide, acquired Boston-based Shirazi Distributing, a regional distributor with roots in the Boston restaurant and cafe scene since 1989, to expand its New England footprint with more localized and artisanal product offerings. The company also launched organically in Nashville in February, marking its entry into another priority market. Odeko currently operates warehouses in 19 U.S. markets and has raised more than $280M in equity from investors including Tiger Global and Two Sigma Ventures.
