TikTok Shop’s new Brand LIVE Impact report credits brand livestreams with sales on their own websites up to 14 days later

TikTok Shop added Brand LIVE Impact, a Seller Center report that counts sales for up to two weeks after someone engages with a product during one of a brand’s own livestreams, including orders from its DTC website, according to a guide TikTok published for large US merchants. TikTok argues that brands judging streams only on sales made during the broadcast underestimate their return. The new total adds purchases from the same shop within 24 hours, purchases through product cards, videos, and carousels on TikTok within 14 days, and website orders within 14 days tracked by a TikTok Pixel. Because of that window, each stream’s figure keeps changing for two weeks, and TikTok warns that shops sharing one Pixel may count the same website order twice.
