Simplistic, a Denver-based Shopify Plus Platinum Partner, acquired Tiide Commerce, an agency that manages Amazon and TikTok Shop accounts for brands, for undisclosed terms. It’s the first deal Simplistic has closed since private equity firm Rallyday Partners invested in the company, and it follows the 2025 purchase of lifecycle marketing firm Sidekick Agency. Tiide was already handling marketplace work for brands Simplistic referred to it, and its team, led by founder Mark Lathrum, is moving over so Simplistic can sell Amazon and TikTok Shop management to its existing Shopify clients.
