Klarna has partnered with gift platform Nift to enhance its customer experience and loyalty through personalized gift offers. Under the collaboration, Klarna rewards users with tailored gifts based on their preferences, with options from brands like Chewy, HelloFresh, and SiriusXM. The partnership supports Klarna’s commerce media network while addressing consumer fatigue with traditional ads. Early results show a 30% click-through rate and 40% gift activation rate in the U.S. Klarna also announced that Marqeta will power its new Klarna Card debit card, which is now in U.S. trials. The moves reflect Klarna’s broader push beyond pay-in-4 into flexible payment options and loyalty-building features.
