Yext completes its acquisition of Flamel.ai to help franchise brands run localized paid ads across hundreds of locations

Yext closed its acquisition of Flamel.ai, whose AI software runs Meta, Google, and ChatGPT ads for individual franchise locations, for an undisclosed price. Yext, best known for keeping chains’ store details correct on Google and other maps and directories, says brands will build one campaign centrally and agents will tailor it to each store, with franchisees opting in from offers and spending limits the brand has signed off on. Yext plans to pair Flamel.ai with Scout, its competitive intelligence tool, so brands can move spend toward locations losing ground to rivals, but it hasn’t said when the combined features will launch.
