X sued Vivek Kumar Sen and Zamyang Sherpa in London’s High Court over a network of bitcoin accounts it says took in no less than £207,384, roughly $278,000, in Creator Revenue Sharing payouts between August 2023 and February 2026. Six main accounts posted the same or nearly the same crypto news seconds or minutes apart, one pair of them 11 seconds apart, while three more liked, replied and reposted to dress the traffic up as real, and X tied the accounts together by the devices, cookies and identifiers they had in common. The accounts came down on August 18 and the claim was filed September 17, with X asking for the payouts back plus at least £75,000 for what the investigation cost. X has been moving creators off that program onto a stricter one, Original Content Rewards.
