Threads expands ads globally as app hits 400M users

Meta is rolling out ads on Threads to all users globally starting next week as the platform reaches 400 million monthly active users. The update introduces new ad formats, including carousels and Advantage+ placements, alongside third-party brand safety verification tools. Advertisers can now manage Threads accounts directly within Meta's Business Settings to streamline campaign execution across the family of apps.
