SupportNinja, an Austin-based customer support outsourcing company, acquired Aventus, an agency that says it has handled customer service for over 100 ecommerce brands on tools like Shopify, Gorgias, and Zendesk, for undisclosed terms. Aventus will now operate as Aventus by SupportNinja, which can either manage the AI agents a brand already runs inside Gorgias or Zendesk or take over its entire support operation. Both options pair SupportNinja’s NinjaAI software with human staff who check the AI’s work.
