STLabs, an AI-first IT service management platform that uses a continuously updated “digital twin” of the enterprise to automate end-to-end resolution of IT requests, launched with $49M in seed funding co-led by ICONIQ and CRV. The company was founded by Amit Agarwal, who spent over 13 years as President and Chief Product Officer at Datadog, and was incubated within ICONIQ, a first for the investment firm. STLabs is targeting large IT, security, engineering, and shared services teams currently bogged down by manual ticketing workflows, with the goal of reducing task completion times from days to minutes.
