RepSpark raised a $22 million strategic investment from Headlight Partners, a growth equity investor in B2B software. The Anaheim, California company runs a wholesale commerce platform for apparel brands in golf, outdoor, swim, fitness, tactical, and footwear, covering digital ordering, catalogs, product customization, and receivables. RepSpark says it works with 250-plus brands and 100,000 retailers and moves over $4 billion in B2B transactions a year. Golf is its biggest and fastest-growing category, and the company puts its share of Association of Golf Merchandisers buyers at 80%, citing a Circana study from 2025. The money goes toward enterprise features, ERP integrations, and AI tools, as RepSpark tries to repeat the golf position in other specialty retail categories.
