ReFiBuy adds Meta Muse support, helping brands fix the product data gaps that keep their items out of Muse’s recommendations

ReFiBuy launched early access to support for Meta’s Muse, letting brands and retailers in the US and Canada find the gaps in their product data that make Muse less likely to recommend them. ReFiBuy’s agents draft product descriptions, Q&A, and attributes such as who an item is for and what occasion it suits, then a commerce team approves what goes live, and approved changes sync back to Shopify stores. ReFiBuy then monitors whether those products appear in Muse answers, where they place next to rival products, and if Muse describes them correctly, which it already does on ChatGPT, Alexa for Shopping, Google AI Mode, and Copilot. Meta said on its Q3 call that over 10 million people set up Muse in its first six weeks and that shopping is its most common use.
