PayPal announced the appointment of Enrique Lores as its new President and CEO, effective March 1, 2026. The former HP Inc. executive is replacing Alex Chriss after the board concluded that the company’s recent execution speed was insufficient. CFO Jamie Miller is serving as interim leader until Lores takes the helm to drive the payments giant’s next phase of transformation.
