PartnerOne, a holding company that buys and runs enterprise software businesses, acquired 3CLogic for an undisclosed price. 3CLogic sells a voice AI and contact center platform that sits on top of the CRM or IT service management software a company already uses, adding AI phone agents for routine requests, call routing, and tools that give human agents full context on harder calls. PartnerOne said it plans to hold 3CLogic for the long term and give it more resources to build out its voice AI products. The acquisition comes a day after Salesforce agreed to buy Cresta, another voice AI customer service company, for about $2.7 billion, according to The Information.
