The suit, brought by Iron Tribe Fitness, alleges Facebook used a flawed auction model that led to overpayments, but Meta contends the complaint lacks evidence of wrongdoing after 2017 and fails to show the plaintiff was actually harmed. A hearing is scheduled for October 3.
