Klaviyo expands integration with Anthropic to bring agentic marketing workflows to Claude.ai and Claude Cowork

Klaviyo announced an expanded integration with Anthropic that connects Klaviyo's Model Context Protocol (MCP) server more broadly across Claude's products, including Claude.ai and Claude Cowork. The integration lets marketers ask Claude to generate performance summaries, identify customer segments, analyze marketing flows, or propose new campaigns using natural language without exporting data or rebuilding dashboards. The updated MCP Connector includes a new Query Metric Aggregates tool that exposes raw performance data, plus support for MCP Apps that lets Claude pull Klaviyo reports, reason across them, and help generate ready-to-use briefs, audits, and campaign assets. Klaviyo co-founder and co-CEO Andrew Bialecki said in the announcement that “marketing teams are drowning in reporting and repetitive production work” and that the integration turns Claude into “an agentic surface for Klaviyo.”
