Evri, the UK parcel carrier partly owned by DHL eCommerce, agrees to acquire Florida’s Cross Border Connect to enter US delivery

Evri, the UK parcel carrier that merged with DHL eCommerce’s UK operations last year, agreed to acquire Cross Border Connect for undisclosed terms, giving it a way into US delivery. The Boca Raton company handles e-commerce shipments and returns between the UK and US, using its own software to clear customs at six US ports of entry and hand packages to the nearest carrier hub, so retailers and marketplaces can route each parcel by cost or speed. The deal follows Evri’s 2025 purchase of Coll-8, an Irish customs clearance firm that opened a route into the EU.
