Flipkart promoted Renuka Singaram from vice president to senior vice president, according to an internal email from group CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy seen by Moneycontrol. Singaram, who joined Flipkart from Dell India in 2014, runs the company’s quick commerce business Minutes along with its supply chain for smaller items and its design team. Minutes now operates out of nearly 1,200 micro-fulfilment centres in more than 150 cities, up from just over 1,000 in August, as it competes with Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
