A consortium led by FedEx and Advent International agreed to acquire InPost, a European parcel locker company, in a deal valuing the business at €7.8 billion ($9.2 billion). The group offered €15.60 per share to take the firm private while aiming to expand its network across key markets like the UK and France. FedEx is planning to hold a 37% stake and gain access to InPost's lockers without fully integrating operations.
