Faire, the wholesale marketplace that connects independent brands with small retailers, is preparing for an IPO that could come within the next year, but CFO Jason Lee hasn’t committed to a timeline, according to Fortune. Faire was last valued at $5.2 billion through a $100 million tender offer in November 2025, which is less than half of its $12.6 billion peak in 2022. CEO Max Rhodes said the company chased vanity metrics during that boom, so in 2022 it dropped many brands, cut jobs, and shifted its focus to getting retailers to reorder. In its latest quarter, Faire’s annualized revenue rose 49% to $750 million, and it reached EBITDA breakeven for the first time.
