eBay is investigating a Seller Hub problem, tracked as ALERT17029, that since September 23 has kept newly created, relisted, and ended items from showing up where sellers expect them, according to Liz Morton at Value Added Resource. New listings got item numbers and sometimes appeared in eBay search but not under Active listings, so sellers who assumed a listing failed could post it twice, while ended items sat for hours before reaching Inactive. Separately, seller Julie Shapiro of Casa Chic posted an Instagram video showing an ended listing for Anna-Kaci jeans in her Seller Hub that she says was never hers, and she doesn’t use cross-listing tools. eBay hasn’t responded to her report or said if it’s tied to ALERT17029.
