Dragonpass, which runs airport lounge, dining, and travel perks for over 200 card issuers, banks, and telecom companies, acquired iCoupon, a digital voucher network used by 200-plus airlines at more than 400 airports, for undisclosed terms. iCoupon lets airlines send meal vouchers and discounts straight to a passenger’s boarding pass, which airport shops and restaurants redeem through their point-of-sale systems, and it issued £100 million worth of vouchers in 2025. After almost a decade of working together on airport dining perks, Dragonpass plans to use iCoupon’s network to offer its bank partners more dining and retail benefits, while iCoupon will keep its team and stay open to other partners.
