Cars24, an Indian online used car marketplace that also operates in the UAE and Australia, took over the operating businesses of Alba Cars, a Dubai dealer specializing in premium used cars, for undisclosed terms. Alba Cars sells around 300 vehicles a month, and Cars24 says the two now sell over 1,000 a month combined in the UAE. Alba Cars will keep its brand, leadership, and staff, and Cars24 will take over some of its back-office operations over time and offer its financing and online buying and selling tools to Alba Cars customers.
