bilt.me, an Estonian startup founded last August that’s building an AI agent to take users from an app idea to a published mobile app, raised $700K in pre-seed funding led by Superhero Capital. Most AI app builders produce web apps, but bilt.me generates native iOS and Android apps, and it made its own tools for payments, cloud hosting, and sharing because it couldn’t find ones that fit. The company says its annual recurring revenue is now above six figures, and that about three-quarters of what users build on it are consumer apps, some of which already charge money in Apple’s App Store and Google Play.
