Bazaarvoice announced that brands in its network can now syndicate ratings, reviews, photos, and videos directly to their TikTok Shop product pages, eliminating the “cold start” problem of launching a shop with no social proof by porting existing review content automatically. The integration gives brands a way to build immediate purchase confidence on TikTok Shop, where U.S. e-commerce sales are projected to reach $23.41B in 2026, a 48% increase year over year, according to eMarketer. Bazaarvoice connects more than 13,000 brands and retailers to user-generated content across commerce platforms, and the TikTok Shop integration adds to its existing syndication network.
