Anthropic launched smart reports for Claude Enterprise, which show admins what a team’s Claude usage cost over a chosen period, what it delivered, and where its workflows got stuck, and which Anthropic says aren’t meant for rating individual employees. Each report is built from a sample of transcripts, grouped into workstreams, and ends with suggested fixes like turning repeated tasks into reusable skills. Anthropic also added in-app surveys that ask employees how much time Claude saves them, plus shared monthly budgets for groups that alert admins as spending climbs. Companies want that visibility because the bills are growing fast, with customers of developer analytics firm Jellyfish spending 10x more on Claude Code and other Anthropic-based coding tools than in January.
