Amity, a Thai company that builds AI tools for retail and customer communications, extended its Series D with an undisclosed investment from a fund run by Krungsri Finnovate, the venture arm of Thai lender Bank of Ayudhya. Singapore’s EDBI led the round when Amity first announced it eight months ago at more than $100 million. Amity tied the new backing to a possible IPO, after saying in June that it was aiming to list in 2027. Krungsri and EGG Digital, Amity’s analytics and marketing subsidiary, are also beginning an early-stage data partnership to build more personalized services for customers.
