Reddit launches Shopify integration and new shoppable ad formats as high-intent shopping surges 40%

Reddit is rolling out a Shopify integration to simplify catalog and pixel setup for Dynamic Product Ads, alongside new Collection Ads that pair a hero image with shoppable product tiles in a single carousel, with early testers reporting an average 8% lift in ROAS. The moves build on Reddit’s existing DPA offering, which launched to all advertisers in 2026 after initial testing in April 2025 and delivered an average 91% higher ROAS year over year in Q4 2025. Reddit is also testing Community and Deal overlays that pull platform content and discount pricing directly into ads, as part of a broader ecommerce push that includes AI tools built on 20 years of user posts and a recently announced WooCommerce partnership.
