TikTok is cutting 75 jobs in Bellevue, Washington, and the titles on the notice it filed with the state Tuesday are almost all TikTok Shop and Global E-Commerce roles. Anti-fraud and governance program managers, seller and creator operations staff, campaign managers, data scientists, and engineers on both ends of the stack are on the list, and the separations take effect October 19. Bellevue is where the company built out its US shopping business, expanding its offices there as TikTok Shop grew into a base for the push. The cuts come two weeks after TikTok said it would shut its Nashville office, ending all 250 jobs there, most of them in content moderation.
