Stord, an Atlanta fulfillment and commerce software company, secured a $400 million credit facility from a group of banks, bringing the equity and credit it has lined up in 2026 to $650 million after a $250 million Series F in May. Stord plans to use the money to add fulfillment capacity, speed up the robotics and automation work at its Stord Labs research unit, and build more AI features into the software it sells to brands. The company runs nearly 100 fulfillment locations for more than 1,000 brands and says it handles over $15 billion in GMV a year.
