Peeko raised ₹67.4 crore in a Series A led by Chiratae Ventures to widen the 60-minute baby products delivery it runs in Bengaluru. The pitch is try-and-buy, where a parent holds a romper against the kid at the door and hands back what doesn’t fit, and Chetan Sharma says most transacting customers take the option. Peeko eats the cost of that, since the rider waits while a parent decides and the rejected item rides back to the dark store, gets inspected, and goes on the shelf again before anyone else can buy it. Three dark stores cover about 55% of Bengaluru today, and Peeko wants six by December for the whole city, with two more cities in 2027. Chiratae was an early backer of FirstCry, the incumbent that raised over $500M before listing.
