Parloa, an AI agent provider for enterprise customer experience, raised $350 million in a Series D round led by General Catalyst. The funding valued the company at $3 billion, bringing its total capital raised to over $560 million. Parloa plans to use the funds to expand its global presence in the U.S. and Europe while enhancing its Agent Management Platform.
