Orita, a startup that uses AI to score which customers on a brand’s list are likely to buy and when, raised $7 million in a seed round that closed in September. The tool currently syncs its high-intent segments to Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns and runs direct mail through PostPilot, and Orita plans to spend the money adding Postscript, Attentive and other messaging platforms, along with segments for connected TV and Meta ads. Orita launched in February 2024 and says it works with hundreds of brands, including Spanx, AG1 and Caraway.
