Omnicom merged its shopper marketing agency, TPN, into its commerce media arm, Flywheel, to streamline its operations. The holding company retired the 40-year-old TPN brand and integrated its staff to create a unified ecosystem for retail media and shopper marketing. Executives stated the move aimed to better compete with Publicis and leverage data capabilities following the acquisition of IPG.
