Nomerra, a Berlin startup building AI agents for private-markets back-office operations, raised $2M in a pre-seed round led by 14Peaks Capital, with participation from Redstone Fintech and individuals from KKR and Intapp. The platform targets the manual, high-volume work asset servicers and managers still run by hand, including fund accounting, treasury, and transfer agency, connecting to existing ERPs, banking platforms, and document storage to pull data into a single layer agents can act on. Nomerra was founded by Johannes Gebendorfer and Jakob Zacherl, both early employees at fund administrator bunch. The company will use the funding to grow its engineering team and meet demand across Europe and the United States.
