Meta is ending its Recurring Marketing Messages API this week, compelling developers to migrate to a new system with stricter controls on promotional content. The update is increasing the mandatory cooldown period between messages from 24 hours to 48 hours to prevent user spam. The change is affecting all businesses using automated messaging flows on the Messenger platform.
