Lengow, a French e-commerce feed and marketplace integration platform, agreed to acquire DAILY&CO for undisclosed terms, in a deal that still needs the usual approvals to close. DAILY&CO, which has built its business on Lengow’s technology for years, sells tools that clean up and enrich product data for marketplaces across Europe and also runs marketplace channels for brands that don’t have the staff or seller accounts to do it themselves, handling everything from listings to customer invoicing. Lengow plans to offer that managed service alongside its own software.
