Klarna reworked its paid memberships into four tiers ranging from €4.99 to €44.99 a month. The entry tier used to be called Core, and using Klarna outside its partner stores carried a service fee. It’s now called Everywhere, and the fee is gone anywhere Visa is accepted, with the tiers above it adding cashback on every Klarna payment, from 0.5% up to 1.5%, bigger multipliers at featured stores, and as many as 23 bundled subscriptions at the top. Klarna says the perks on the €44.99 tier are worth as much as €6,000 a year. The plans roll out across 11 European markets over the coming weeks.
