Klarna has lost a string of senior executives in recent weeks, including Andrea Ferraz Estrada, its seven-year head of investor relations and M&A who played a key role in multiple funding rounds and its IPO, as well as its global head of litigation, engineering director, and head of AI and automation. The departures come as Klarna’s stock has fallen roughly 66% since its New York Stock Exchange debut last September, with senior staff including its chief marketing officer and chief commercial officer selling shares following the expiration of a lockup period on March 9. Klarna declined to comment on the exits.
