Flex, an AI-native private bank built for high-net-worth business owners running mid-market companies, raised a $70M Series B1 led by Halo Fund, about seven months after its $60M Series B in December and bringing its total equity raised to $180M. Flex Global, the cross-border arm launching with the round, runs on stablecoin rails in more than 100 countries, adds multi-currency accounts spanning 76 countries and 32 currencies, and extends private credit into over 20 countries so owners can move money across borders in minutes. Ryan Smith, the Qualtrics founder and Utah Jazz owner who co-founded Halo Fund with Accel partner Ryan Sweeney, led the round as a strategic investor and brings distribution into Halo’s NBA, NHL, and Formula 1 audiences of mid-market owners.
