Meta began a limited test restricting the number of links professional mode users and Facebook Pages can post to two per week unless they maintain a Meta Verified subscription. The company confirmed that the experiment aims to evaluate the value of increased link publishing for paid subscribers, though publishers are currently excluded from the restriction. Under the test, users can still post affiliate links, comments with links, and links to other Meta platforms like Instagram and WhatsApp without hitting the limit.
