The parent company of Square and Cash App utilized an internal AI agent called Goose to automate workflows and reduce the time required to build risk models. Block raised its 2026 profit growth guidance to 54% and expects gross profit per employee to reach $2 million as it continues to prioritize AI-focused engineering roles.
