Bed Bath & Beyond is acquiring Installed Right and SFV Services, two Detroit-based installation and renovation companies, in an all-stock deal worth roughly 7.2 million shares to bolster its Beyond Home Services division. The two firms generated about $60M in combined revenue and $5M in adjusted EBITDA last fiscal year, and the deal, expected to close by the end of June, gives Bed Bath & Beyond an in-house arm to take customers from product selection through professional installation, the missing piece in its product-heavy “Everything Home” ecosystem. It lands on the back of the company's strongest quarter in years, with Q1 2026 revenue up 6.9% year-over-year to $248M, its first meaningful growth in 19 quarters under CEO Marcus Lemonis.
