AWS expands STMicroelectronics partnership & secures warrants for 24.8M shares

Amazon Web Services deepened its partnership with STMicroelectronics to secure high-bandwidth and power management chips for its data centers. The agreement included warrants allowing Amazon to acquire up to 24.8 million shares of the Franco-Italian semiconductor firm. The options are vesting based on payment milestones, with an exercise price of $28.38 over a seven-year period.
