Amilo acquired SG Link and renamed it ShipX, adding international shipping to more than 220 destinations for the Southeast Asian merchants whose warehousing and fulfillment the Singapore company already handles, on undisclosed terms. ShipX has worked in Vietnam since 2020 with sellers whose volumes are too small to win decent freight rates on their own, pooling their shipments and handling customs paperwork, duties, and tracking. Amilo runs all of it on a proprietary platform that covers order management, transport, and customs, and that connects to marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, and Shopify. The deal is Amilo’s fourth in four years, with every company it’s acquired so far getting migrated onto its platform instead of continuing to run as a standalone unit.
