The software explains lab results, manages prescription renewals through Amazon Pharmacy and connects patients directly to One Medical professionals. The platform operates on Amazon Bedrock using a multi-agent system of core, auditor and sentinel agents to process workflows and review clinical conversations. Eligible U.S. Prime members receive up to five free direct-message care consultations for common conditions. The HIPAA-compliant tool requires explicit user permission to access records through the Health Information Exchange and trains its models exclusively on anonymized data patterns.
