Adthena launches free “AdBridge” tool letting advertisers migrate Google Ads campaigns into ChatGPT Ads

Adthena, a paid search intelligence platform, launched a free migration tool called AdBridge that converts Google Ads campaigns into formats accepted by the ChatGPT Ads platform, generating keyword lists, negative keywords, and competitive insights that can be directly applied to ChatGPT campaigns. Several of Adthena's Fortune 500 clients are currently participating in OpenAI's ongoing ChatGPT Ads trial, and the company plans to launch a full ChatGPT Ads solution on May 11. Adthena CMO Ashley Fletcher analyzed 580 ChatGPT ads and wrote on LinkedIn that 61% triggered on prompts beginning with “best” and 31% on “X vs Y” comparisons, with brand hijacking occurring on 86% of comparison prompts where the ad shown was not one of the named brands.
