Claimlane, a Copenhagen company whose software connects retailers, brands, suppliers and repair shops to sort out faulty products, raised a €5.6 million Series A led by Verb Ventures. The money will go toward AI agents set up for each customer’s products, warranty terms and supplier contracts, so they can check a claim and then arrange the repair, replacement, refund or credit, with people stepping in on harder calls. The US became Claimlane’s biggest source of new customers this year, and CEO Anders Sommer has moved to Austin to lead its US expansion.
