RepSpark acquires Tee Commerce to add club-branded online stores and on-demand fulfillment for golf pro shops to its platform

by | Nov 5, 2026 | Latest E-commerce News & Updates

RepSpark, a B2B wholesale ordering platform used by golf and apparel brands, acquired Tee Commerce for an undisclosed price, three months after raising $22 million from Headlight Partners. Tee Commerce builds club-branded online stores for golf courses and country clubs and handles the embroidery, shipping, and customer service, so pro shops can sell online without stocking extra inventory. RepSpark plans to let pro shops pick products from brands they already buy from through RepSpark and list them in their own online stores, which would take RepSpark from wholesale ordering through to the sale to the golfer.
