Anthropic merged Claude Cowork, its agentic tool, into the main Claude app, effective immediately, so a prompt routes to the chat side or the agent side without the user picking a tab. Claude Design, until now its own product, moved into chats too, though Claude Code stays separate for the time being. Two beta features came with the merger. Claude Slides drafts, edits, and presents decks inside Claude and exports them as PowerPoint or PDF files, while Claude Docs drafts and edits text, lets several colleagues work on one file at once, and exports to Word or Google Docs. Both go to Pro and Max subscribers first on web, desktop, and mobile, with Team subscribers and free users following in the coming weeks.
